NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
Thomas Hendershot is hereby notified that a Verified Petition for Dissolution of
Marriage und Motion for Provisional Hearing was filed on May 21, 2020 under Cause Number 07001-2005-DC-0128, In Re: The Marriage of: Maggie Hendershot vs. Thomas Hendershot, in the office of the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court, 20 East Main Street, P.O. Box 85, Nashville,
Indiana 47448. The Petition for Dissolution of Marriage alleges that Maggie Hendershot and Thomas Hendershot were married on or about July 13, 2013 and that they separated on or about April of 2019; and that there were two (2) children born to this marriage, to wit: Claire C. Hendershot and Thomas A. Hendershot, II; and that there is an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. Maggie Hendershot seeks a dissolution of marriage from Thomas Hendershot. Heather M. Schuh-Ogle is the attorney representing the petitioning party. Her address is Thomasson Thomasson Long & Guthrie, P.C., 50 Washington Street, Suite 3A, Columbus, Indiana, 47201. Thomas Hendershot’s current whereabouts are unknown.
The Court has set this matter for hearing on July 27, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.(Indiana time). If
Thomas Hendershot seeks to participate in or counter-petition in the proceedings, he or his attorney must respond to the above-named court prior to the July 27th, 2020 hearing date or appear in the Court on July 27, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. (Indiana time). If Thomas Hendershot does not respond or appear, the Court will hold a hearing in this matter on July 27, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. and decide custody for the children born to the marriage and whether the marriage between the Petitioner and Respondent should be dissolved. This Notice is being served by publication.
If Thomas Hendershot or his attorney:
1. Does not respond to or appear in the court in the above-captioned matter;
2. The above-named Court may enter a default against her for the relief demanded in the Verified Petition For Dissolution.
3. No oral statement made to Thomas Hendershot relieves him from his obligations under this Notice.

Aging & Community Services of South Central Indiana, Inc. dba Thrive Alliance, is accepting proposal packets for Older Americans Act Title III-B funding to provide transportation services for the elderly and persons with disabilities in Bartholomew, Brown, Decatur, Jackson, and Jennings counties.
The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration expects to make available no more than $50,000 of Title III-B funds in Bartholomew, Jackson, Decatur, Brown and Jennings Counties. Title III-B Older Americans Act funds may be requested by any 501(c) 3 organization that designs a program specifically to provide transportation to persons age 60 or over or persons of any age with disabilities.
Applicants for Title III-B funds may request an application from the Thrive Alliance office. Technical assistance in grant preparation is available by request.
