Brown County faces huge challenges. Revenues are down and will continue to be down. Roads and bridges are in bad shape, employee health care costs are up, but yet $400,000 in tax money was used to buy an office building. A luxury we cannot afford. Thirty years of payments are left for the music center and the lender was forced to control the CVB taxes for payment.

I worked with Ken Birkemeier in banking for 15 years. He understands the people, the needs and the financial judgments required. Ken is the right person for this time.

This election, let’s do something different: Vote for the person, not the party. Vote Ken Birkemeier for county council.
