Seymore and Laura Parrish are celebrating 50 years of marriage this weekend. The couple was married in 1970.

Seymore is also turning 80 this year.

A birthday and anniversary celebration will take place at the Brown County Parks and Recreation office, 902 Deer Run Lane, on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 2 to 5 p.m.
