IUPUC honors Brown County students

COLUMBUS — Indiana University-Purdue University Columbus recognized more than 40 top students last week for outstanding work including several from the Brown County area:

• Cannon Kelp, Nashville, Georgia Blair Miller Business Student Award, business scholar award
• Darion Buckner, Nineveh, business scholar award
• Bria Kirkham, Trafalgar, IUPUC Indiana Association of Colleges for Teacher Education Future Educator
• Raegan Smith, Nashville, outstanding student in English
• Tyra Newsome, Freetown, Office of Student Research grant winner
• Nicholas Wagner, Freetown, Office of Student Research grant winner
