Town planning Arbor Day celebration April 30

A yellowwood tree will planted at the Brown County EMS Base, 53 State Road 46 East, to mark Arbor Day.

The Nashville Tree Board is organizing this event, which, this year, is also in honor of first responders and others who have worked throughout COVID-19. The event will begin at 1 p.m.

“Please come and honor them and everyone in our community as we honor those that served us during that time — all the people behind that worked in the front lines no matter what that job was,” said tree board member Cathy Paradise.
