ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Brown County Schools in Brown County Indiana, that the School Board will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for 2021
at Brown County High School, 235 School House Lane, Nashville, Indiana 47448, at 6:00 PM on May 20, 2021.

3101 Education Fund
Personal Services: $12,740,650.00
Supplies: $273,350.00
Services and Charges: $386,000.00
Total for Education Fund:
$13,400,000.00

Taxpayers at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made, will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance. The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Certified Copy of the action taken.

Duke Energy (1000 E. Main St., Plainfield, Indiana 46168) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 in order to discharge stormwater from a project construction activity. This planned discharge is associated with the 6949 Morgantown Sub to Bean Blossom Rebuild Project located in the civil townships of Jackson and Hamblen, Brown County and Hensley Township, Johnson County, Indiana. The Project is centrally located at 39.322768°, -86.234182°. The storm water runoff from this Project will discharge directly and via unnamed tributaries to North Fork of Beanblossom Creek, Hoopers Branch, and Indian Creek as well as unnamed tributaries to Little Lamb Lake/Bear Creek and Beanblossom Creek.
