The Brown County Playhouse Board of Directors has hired a new leader who’s no stranger to the spotlight.
Musician Amanda Webb of Brown County will be taking over for outgoing Playhouse Executive Director Hannah Estabrook. Webb’s first day will be around Aug. 15 as she learns the ropes alongside Estabrook, who announced her resignation earlier this season.
Webb shared the news with her friends and fans on social media this evening.
“It’s bittersweet as I help transition our beloved Hannah Estabrook to new adventures,” she wrote. “But I am brimming with new energy, ideas, and absolute passion for this community and this amazing icon that I am honored to guide.”
