James “Jim” Justice, age 78, of Bloomington, Indiana passed away on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2022 at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. He was born on June 22, 1944 in Pikeville, Kentucky, the son of Roy and Dixie (Cantrell) Justice. James enjoyed owning his own business, working as a diesel mechanic, bird watching, hiking, being in nature, listening to music and singing. He loved his family dearly.
James is survived by his wife, Donia (Younce) Justice, son, Roy Justice (Laurie), daughter, Nancy Gaylord (Eric), brothers, Calvin, Harless, Grady, Don, and Bob, and sisters, Nora and Emogene.
James was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.
A celebration of life for James will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to IU Health Bloomington Hospice House.
