To the editor:
I recently spoke with an outreach coordinator at Jackson County REMC about the fiber installation. The coordinator informed me that in addition to filling out the survey to notify them of your interest, calling, emailing, contacting them in any way will be taken into account when deciding which areas are connected next. More calls or emails from residents of Southern Brown means we will be connected before other areas.
I have informed my neighbors, but it would probably be of great benefit to have this information reach a broader cross-section of Brown County residents.
