I appreciate our local paper keeping us informed on events and happenings going on in our community.
The alumni banquet is coming up June 23 and it is the class of 1968’s 50th reunion, so we are being honored that night. I would like to encourage my classmates from BCHS to join in the celebration.
The committee has attempted to contact all the class members, but we could not reach a few: Larry Brown, Marilyn Reeves, Larry Logston, Harold Oliver and Nancy Dickey. We would appreciate any information the community might have to help us locate them.
The class of 1968 will meet for the class party on Friday evening, June 22, at Creekside Retreat at 6 to 8 p.m., and we invite our friends to stop by and visit with us.

A letter to the editor signed “just one of many” appeared in the front-door mail slot at the Brown County Democrat office sometime over the weekend of June 8 to 10. We no longer print anonymous letters. If the writer wishes for this letter to be published, please resubmit it with your real name attached and a contact number or email in case of questions.
