Letter: Bring whole family to literacy festival

0

To the editor:

October in Nashville is crazy. Crazy beautiful. Crazy fun. And crazy happy!

So bring the entire family and grab some of that happy at the Library & Literacy Coalition Fall Festival on Sunday, Oct. 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Brown County Public Library.

There will be something for everyone, including music by Robbie Bowden and Carolyn Dutton; a costume competition; storytelling for kids; a free book giveaway for all Brown County little ones (including our Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library families!); games; refreshments and more.

Events will take place downstairs and in the Children’s Garden, rain or shine.

It is truly an event for the entire family, so “get your happy on” and join us for a couple of hours of community fun!

Got questions? Call the Brown County Public Library at 812-988-2850.
