EVANSVILLE — Political science major Kurt Kurman of Morgantown was named to the University of Evansville dean’s list for the 2018 spring semester. To make the list, a student must earn at least a 3.5 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale.

Joshua Taylor, a freshman honor student at Brown County High School, was nominated to attend the Congress of Future Science and Technology Leaders in Lowell, Massachusetts, from June 29 to July 1. The purpose of the congress is to honor, inspire, motivate and direct students who aspire to be scientists and technologists.
