You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above.
The nature of the suit is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property located in Brown County at 7354 N. Thunder Ridge Rd., Morgantown, IN, 46160, legally described as:
PARCEL I
Part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning 495.00 feet South of the Northwest corner of said East Half, thence East 130.2 feet; thence South 2 – ½ degrees East with the center of a roadway 165.2 feet; thence West 131.2 feet; thence North 165.0 feet to the beginning, containing ½ of an acre, more or less. (Designated as Tract No. 4 on an unrecorded plat of survey by Oral Voland, County Surveyor, dated May 6, 1960 and June 20, 1961)
PARCEL II
Part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning 660.0 feet South of the Northwest corner of said East Half, thence East 131.2 feet; thence South 2 – ½ degrees East with the center of a roadway 165.2 feet; thence West 134.3 feet; thence North 165.0 feet to the beginning, containing ½ acre, more or less. (Designated as Tract No. 5 on an unrecorded plat of survey by Oral Voland, County Surveyor, dated May 6, 1960 and June 20, 1961)
PARCEL III
Part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning 825 feet South of the Northwest corner of said East Half, thence East 134.3 feet; thence South 2 – ½ degrees East with the center of a roadway 165.2 feet; thence West 137.4 feet; thence North 165 feet to the beginning, containing ½ of an acre, more or less. (hereafter “Real Estate”).
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following Defendant who may claim some interest in the Real Estate and whose whereabouts are not known with certainty:

You must respond to this summons by publication, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit has been published. If you fail to do so, a default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
You may be entitled to a settlement conference that will allow you to speak with your mortgage company and discuss alternatives to foreclosure. If you want a settlement conference, you must request it with the court within 30 days after you received this summons.
