Kim “Duane” Terrill (Poodle), 54, of Nashville passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Nov. 13, 2022 while camping. He was born March 13, 1968 in Bloomington to Jerry Dean Terrill and Deanna J. Willoughby Terrill. He was a truck driver for CTI and formerly WalMart.
Survivors include his mother, Deanna J. Terrill; his sons, Dean and Wyatt Terrill of Nashville; a sister, Michelle (Greg) Kelp; two brothers, Lee Terrill and Jeff (Felicia) Terrill both of Nashville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Dean Terrill.
Duane was a man of faith. He enjoyed many aspects of riding horses, he frequented the Horseman’s Camp at Brown County State Park, the Midwest Trail Ride, the Blackwell Campground and he worked at the Saddle Barn at the Brown County State Park. He enjoyed camping and spending time with his family and friends.
There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022 from 10 a.m. to noon in Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 State Road 135 North, Nashville. Graveside Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Terrill Cemetery in the Charles C. Deam Wilderness in The Hoosier National Forest.
